The AL-TAWWAB SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS name and logo are trademarks which belong to and are owned by Al-Tawwab Software Solutions. These trademarks may not be used in any manner without prior written consent from AL-TAWWAB SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS.

Modifications

AL-TAWWAB SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS may unilaterally change or discontinue any aspect of this Website at any time, including, its content or features.

Payments and Invoices

All AL-TAWWAB SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS fees and charges are quoted and billed in US Dollars unless otherwise noted.

All AL-TAWWAB SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS opting our clients to pay services fees in three currencies. They are US Dollar, Euro and Indian Currency. The exchange rate used ("Exchange Rate") is subject to change from time to time and can always be found on the website. 
Service tax and After Maintenance is Additional cost only. Clients have to pay those cost with Project or Product Cost.

1. Projects

   Based on clients requirements AL-TAWWAB SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS provide services in 3 Milestones. The initial payment of 30% received as advance. 30% and 40% of payments received in next phases. The payment specifications will be mentioned in Service Requirement Specification itself.

2. Prodcuts

   AL-TAWWAB SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS provide its Own SAAS Product to the Clients / Customers / Partners with More Subscriptions ( Monthly / Yearly ) Plans. It will be available only that particular periods for use. They have to Renew / Buy it again whenever they will be required.

PROJECTS / SAAS PRODUCTS - Refund And Cancellation Policies :-

1. If the user is not satisfied with our PROJECT in the First Phase itself the payment amount will be refunded.
2. If the user is not satisfied with our PROJECT after completion of the Phase - I / Milestone - I, payment amount will not be refunded and will cancel the project.
3. If the user is not satisfied with our PRODUCT, There is a probation period of 1 month to be refunded for the users who have purchased it for One Time Payment.
4. If the user is not satisfied with Our SAAS PRODUCTs, There is a probation periods to cancel the subscriptions within 48 Hours for Monthly / Yearly Subscriptions Plans. No Refund will be provided for after 48 Hours for Monthly / Yearly Subscriptions Plans.
5. We are requesting all to read the plans / instructions of the products carefully before buy and it will help you to avoid any issues / problems. The declined payments will be refunded automatically to their account by the payment gateways / financial providers / banks / E-Wallet's / UPI's within their refund processing times.
6. After activation of the PRODUCT, if the user wants any changes and it is not possible to change by AL-TAWWAB SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS immediately and the changes may or may not be added with the next versions in future if it is needed for AL-TAWWAB SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS.
7. We are not responsible for any issues / problems because we didn't involve our clients / partners / agents businesses and we are just helping them to get the right / safe jobs / services for all. If there is a critical problems / issues then The legal actions will be taken if it will be required and their account will be deactivated permanently by us in Our SAAS Products. Please make sure about it by you before to work with us.
8. AL-TAWWAB SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS will implement the our own product only to the clients place and source code of the product will not be provided to our clients.
9. AL-TAWWAB SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS is not responsible for any their operators or travels or airlines related travel or journey related services by using our product of Journey-2-Sys for Online Bus & Flights Tickets, Cabs, Parcel and Cargo Bookings Systems.

E-Commerce Terms & Conditions :

1. Eligibility

4. Pricing & Payments

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery.

7. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Customers may request returns or refunds subject to our Return Policy.

Products may not be eligible for return if:

• Used or damaged after delivery
• Missing original packaging
• Categorized as non-returnable

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform including:

• Logos
• Text
• Images
• Product designs
• Graphics
• Software
